Tokyo-based designer Fumie Shibata from Design Studio S designed the minimalist capsule hotel 9h Shinjuku North part of the same branch as 9h Narita Airport and 9h Kyoto.
Capsule Hotels are popular in Japan, it is an economical alternative to normal hotels and it is organized by individual pod of the size of a single bed. 9h Capsule Hotel is defying the traditional vision of Capsule Hotels through the creation of realistic functions and the flow of people, offering luxury in a minimum living space and at a minimum price.
